PT Praisindo Teknologi is an Indonesia-based technology company operating its workloads on Microsoft Azure. The company runs cloud infrastructure including container registry, DNS, storage, and Azure DevOps services, and engaged Cloocus to manage its Azure commercial relationship and cloud operations. PT Praisindo Teknologi held an Azure Enterprise Agreement (EA) that was approaching expiry. The company needed to transition off the expiring EA without disrupting its live Azure environment — transferring billing to a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) arrangement and migrating its production resources to a new CSP subscription, while preserving its existing Azure DevOps organisation and access controls.
Cloocus onboarded PT Praisindo Teknologi’s existing Microsoft 365/Azure tenant into the Cloocus CSP program and executed a full EA-to-CSP migration. The engagement (delivered by Magentira Kumar and Muhammad Naqiuddin, UAT performed 22 January 2022 via Microsoft Teams) covered: requesting the reseller relationship and onboarding the tenant; provisioning a new CSP Azure subscription under the client’s tenant and assigning Owner/Reader roles to four user accounts; validating and migrating three production resources from the EA subscription to the new CSP subscription via Azure Resource Mover — az.praisindo.com (DNS Zone), Praisindo (Container Registry), and Praisindobackup (Storage Account); and switching the billing of the existing Praisindo Azure DevOps organisation to the new CSP subscription.
PT Praisindo Teknologi transitioned seamlessly from an expiring Azure EA to a Cloocus-managed CSP subscription with no disruption to its production workloads. All three target resources (DNS Zone, Container Registry, and Storage Account) were successfully migrated and validated, and Azure DevOps billing was redirected to the new subscription. The migration was formally signed off as meeting the company’s operational standard and satisfaction level, giving Praisindo a CSP-based commercial model with Cloocus as its cloud partner for ongoing billing management and support.
